Business Vastu Audit

Shops, offices and factories — seating, entrance, cash and storage

₹15,000Commercial spaces

A commercial space is judged differently from a home. What matters is where the money comes in and where it is kept, where the owner sits, which direction the staff face, where the stock sits and where the heavy machinery is.

Gautam audits the premises against those priorities — the entrance and its approach, the cash counter or accounts desk, the owner's and managers' seating, storage and inventory, the pantry, the toilets and the areas customers move through. The output is an action plan you can hand to a contractor, sequenced so the changes that matter most come first.

Questions

Does this include a site visit?

Yes. A commercial audit is not something that can be done properly from a plan alone.

Is ₹15,000 fixed regardless of size?

It covers a typical shop or office. For a factory or a multi-floor premises, ask for a quote before booking and you will get the figure upfront.

We are fitting out a new space. When should you come?

Before the layout is finalised. Getting the entrance, seating and cash placement right on the drawing costs nothing; changing it after the fit-out costs a great deal.

Will you work with our architect or contractor?

Yes. The action plan is written to be handed over directly, and he will talk to them if that helps.

Not sure this is the right one? Ask first — you will get an honest answer, and no charge for asking.
